Crowned Heads co-founder Jon Huber created the cigar. It is named after the famous country music song “Tennessee Waltz” by Redd Stewart and Pee Wee King. It is said that Huber chose the name because it was the exact song playing when his maternal grandparents first met at a dance.

What began in 2014 as an ultra-exclusive, single-size release restricted only to the state of Tennessee has now evolved into a highly sought-after, nationwide production line.
